William Speir Signs Contract to Publish 8 Novels

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Author William Speir is pleased to announce that, on 1 June 2015, he signed a contract with Progressive Rising Phoenix Press (www.progressiverisingphoenix.com) to publish his second historical fiction novel, “The Saga of Asbjorn Thorleikson.”  Work will begin immediately on the publication of this novel, which should be released in July 2015.  The Saga of Asbjorn Thorleikson is a semi-finalist in the 2015 Royal Palm Literary Award competition for pre-published historical fiction.

Author William Speir is also pleased to announce that, on 2 June 2015, he signed a contract with Progressive Rising Phoenix Press (www.progressiverisingphoenix.com) to publish his 7-book Action Adventure series, “The Knights of the Saltire Series.” These novels (The Knights of the Saltire, the Crusaders of the Saltire, the Protectors of the Saltire, The Lost Knights, The Knight’s Crucible, The Knights Victorious, and Legacy of the Grand Master) will be released every 3-4 months, beginning with The Knights of the Saltire in September 2015.  Some of the “Knights of the Saltire Series” novels have been released previously, but the series has been revised and re-edited in anticipation of it re-release.

“Words cannot express my excitement,” Author William Speir said.  “With the signing of these two contracts, Progressive Rising Phoenix Press is now the home for my entire fiction portfolio.  ‘King’s Ransom’ is already in print, and ‘The Kingstone of Airmid’ will be published once the illustrations are completed.  I’m grateful to the folks at PRPP for their faith in me and my books.  I love the fact that the people who run PRPP are authors themselves, and I know they’ll be able to give me the best advice to help my books be as successful as possible.  I look forward to publishing my next novels with them in the future!”
